At long last, it seems that spring has arrived in Rome. The trees along the Lungotevere are starting to bud, flower shops are selling daffodils and hyacinths, and warm sunny days are beginning to be the norm.
It’s not just nature that’s celebrating though. The stylish figures in Rome’s chic shop windows have donned their Easter bonnets and in anticipation the new season! PURE, a shop in Via Frattina that sells super-stylish kids’ clothes, has the most engaging (and slightly creepy) mannequins in town. This week, their tarted-up tots are frolicking in a paradise of pastels.
